Abbeyfield Stirling Society offers a range of housing options for the elderly. Supported housing is perfect for those wanting to remain independent and social within a supportive house.

Included in our monthly rental charge are all provisions from delicious home cooked meals at lunch, to tea and coffee for your own individual flat. Bills including Council tax, gas, electricity, water are also included which means residents do not have the hassle of bills.

Our residents can feel safe and secure with a door entry system and each resident has 24/7 emergency Meccs alarm service for them to use if they get in to difficulty and needed further assistance.

Your Community

Our house in Stirling is a large converted Georgian house at 17 Allan Park. There is a secluded garden area and a Summer house where the residents may sit in fine weather.

The house is in a prestigious area surrounded by tree-lined streets and public gardens. It is only a few minutes' walk from the town centre and is close to shops, churches, the library, the Albert Hall, the Smith Gallery & Museum and the Kings Park. At the top of the town is the historic Stirling Castle, the Church of Holy Rude and many other historic buildings.

Housing Features

Each resident has a spacious private room with its own 'front door', which may be kept locked, and no-one may enter except by resident's invitation.

The rooms have an en-suit toilet and shower room with good quality carpets. There is also a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast with a small fridge.

Residents bring their own treasured possessions, such as favourite furniture, ornaments, pictures, etc. In the house there is a large sitting/dining room for the resident's use and a welcoming hall with a lift to the first floor.

The front door has a security entrance controlled by residents' push-button and intercom from their rooms. There is also CCTV coverage at the front of the house.
